That's it from this game! A very close encounter and it is the Supernovas who held their nerve and saw this game home and have booked their place in the finals of this year's tournament. With this Supernovas victory, Velocity have also been knocked out of the tournament. We are in the endgame of the Women's T20 Challenge as the final is slated to take place between the Trailblazers and the Supernovas on Monday, 9th November, 2020 at Sharjah. That game begins at 6 pm local (1400 GMT). Do join us for that crucial final. Until then, cheers and take care.

States that she talks with her juniors and shares her knowledge with them. Adds that it was a must-win game for the Supernovas. States that they are a champion side and will play like a champion team.
Harmanpreet Kaur, the VICTORIOUS SUPERNOVAS SKIPPER, says that it was very close. States that every game that one plays, they want to win. States that it was an amazing game. Feels that the start that they got with the bat, they felt they should get 150. On the bowling, Harman feels that it was important to bowl short. Says that her team went according to the situation. On dew, Harmanpreet says that there was not much dew. Says that the confidence is very high after winning this game.
Radha Yadav is up for a chat. Says that in the last over, she was only trying to do simple stuff. States that every fielder is well and fit, when quizzed about Poonam being given the ball late. Radha says that she loves playing in such situations and that she can bring her best out in such situations.
Smriti Mandhana, the Trailblazers skipper, says that they should have gone over the line. But nevertheless, she feels it is a brilliant effort. Adds that there was quite a bit of dew on, says she saw that in the first innings itself, when they were trying to get the dew out. States that her side was just looking to win the match. Did not care which side, just wanted to win all the games. Hopes it would be good in the finals. Admits that this match would be a good wake-up call for her bowling and fielding units, who could have done well.
Earlier in the game, the Supernovas opted to bat after winning the toss and got a flying start from Chamari Atapattu. The Sri Lankan smashed a fine half ton and added 89 for the opening wicket with Punia. However, once she was dismissed, Supernovas failed to get the final flourish and were stopped for 146. With the ball for the Trailblazers, Jhulan Goswami was the pick of the lot as she scalped a wicket and also conceded just 17 runs in her quota of 4 overs. Stay tuned for the presentation...
The Trailblazers started the run chase on a high with Dottin playing aggressively. However, Mandhana from the other end found run-scoring difficult. Dottin was removed by her West Indies teammate Shakera Selman. She struck once again in the same over to leave the Trailblazers reeling. However, Deepti stayed out there and kept the runs coming in singles and doubles along with the occasional boundaries. Towards the final few overs, Deepti and Deol added quickfire 50 runs between them and almost snatched victory from the jaws of defeat. However, it was Radha who bowled a brilliant last over to secure a win and the place in the final for her team.
What a dramatic finish to the game! The Supernovas are through to the finals! Brilliant last over from Radha! Defending 10 off the last over against two well-set batters is a very, very difficult task but Radha has done it! The game looked well under the control of the Supernovas but the partnership between Deepti and Deol almost knocked them out but in the end, credit to Radha for holding her nerves and eventually winning it for the team.
Who will walk out to face the last ball of the innings? It will be Sophie Ecclestone. They need four runs to win this. Does she hit the winning runs? Or does Radha Yadav keep her nerve and see this game home for her side?
Radha Yadav to bowl the final over of the innings. Intense pressure. 10 needed off 6 balls. Also, there is a chance of a Super Over if they score just 9 runs. Who will hold their nerve?
Shakera Selman will bowl the penultimate over of the innings. 3-0-19-2 so far. Can she bowl a tidy over for her side?
Here's Poonam Yadav! Finally! In the 18th over of the game. Strange but that's how it is.
DRINKS! Well, we are at a very interesting phase in this game now. The Trailblazers are already in the finals and the Supernovas need a win if they want to join their counter-parts in the final as anything apart from a win will mean that they are knocked out of the tournament. 44 are required in the last 4 overs. The Supernovas will be looking to pick up some more wickets to apply some pressure on the batters. Trailblazers, on the other hand, will want to chase this down and win before the big final. Which team comes out on top? Will it be the Trailblazers or the Supernovas?
Who walks out into the middle now for the Trailblazers? It is Harleen Deol.
Anuja Patil is done with her spell for tonight. Who will grip the ball now? It will be Radha Yadav. 1-0-10-0 for her so far.
Harmanpreet Kaur will roll her arms now.
Who's in now? Dayalan Hemalatha it is.
Change in bowling! Anuja Patil returns for her last over. 3-0-16-0 from her so far.
Drinks! The Trailblazers have made it to the final already but they would love to go to that encounter with a win under their belt. They were looking good with Mandhana and Dottin playing well but Shakera Selman's double-wicket over means that the Supernovas have a chance to push them on the back foot and keep their chances of making it to the final well and truly alive.
Shashikala Siriwardene is handed the ball now.
Deepti Sharma joins skipper Smriti Mandhana out in the middle. Wasn't effective in her 2 overs with the ball. Can she do something with the willow in hand?
Who walks out to bat now? It will be Richa Ghosh.
Shakera Selman will grip the ball now.
Radha Yadav is introduced into the attack.
Who will partner Khaka with the new ball? It will be Anuja Patil.
We are all set for the chase to begin. Smriti Mandhana and Deandra Dottin are the openers for the Trailblazers. Ayabonga Khaka to begin with the ball. Play is the signal and here we go...
