That is a fine performance by the Australians. They were pushed to the wall by the Indian bowlers early on but they recovered from a point of no return and posted a respectable total. The Indian batting, which has been fragile right through the series, once again caved in. The problems that were visible in Game 1 are still unsolved and this is a huge cause of concern for India. The transformation from one generation to other has been too abrupt and this is perhaps because this young Indian side is still in the Twenty20 mode. They have to address a lot of issues but they have just a day's time to do so. They take on Sri Lanka next and that would be a very crucial tie. Till then it is good bye and good night from all of us. Adios...
Michael Clarke is the Man of the Match for his fantastic knock of 79 off 108 balls. His innings and his partnership with Brad Hogg set up the match for Australia by propelling them to a respectable total past the 200 run mark.
