| A comprehensive win for the Australians to finish the series, 341 was always a towering ask for the Windies. Even a batting lineup in form would face a few problems and in this case it was a batting department which has struggled for too long really. The Windies didn't start off well, they lost wickets in a cluster and that never allowed them get to a stable position. It was only Findlay who held the fort from one end and he kept losing partners from the other end. It was just a matter of time that the Australians ran through the rest of the tail. So then, the Windies suffered their third only cleansweep on home soil, another disappointing outing where they failed to save the Test series and the ODI series as well. Only reason to cheer for was in the abbreviated T20 where they tasted victory. We'll take a few days off now and will be back with some more action. Hope you've enjoyed our coverage. Do join us on the 10th of this month, that is when the Test series between England and South Africa kicks off. Till then from all of us here in the comm box, Adios... |

| Man of the Series Shane Watson is really happy with the way things have gone for him for the last 3-4 months. It's been a dream time for him since the IPL, he is glad that he has been contributing with the bat and the ball, his fielding has been good too. Few weeks off now but he says that he is very eager to play some more cricket as soon as anything competitive happens. |
| Man of the Match Luke Ronchi says that it feels amazing to come from nothing and be performing at the ultimate level. He is happy that he did justice to the promotion that he got in the batting today, he is charged up after this performance. He is looking forward to grabbing more chances like this. |
| Michael Clarke is really happy with his team's performance. He feels that it's a great challenge to lead a side but the job always gets easier when you have such talent in the side. He feels that this side has a lot of firepower in it and can continue being a top class ODI side for many more years to come. |
| Chris Gayle congratulates the Australian side for this wonderful performance. He feels that their last loss hurt them badly but as a professional, they need to bounce back which they couldn't. He believes that their side has quite a lot of talent in it, the problem was with the conversion from paper to field work. The bowling wasn't impressive today and the batsmen felt the pressure. He commends the performances of the newcomers. |
