00:15 Local Time, 18:45 GMT, 00:15 IST: Yeah, safe to say CHN were missed. An insane finish to an insane game of cricket, which weirdly enough was everything that the T20 League is about. And haven't we been desperately waiting for it to get underway. It's well past midnight, so let's just take that Dwayne Bravo knock with us back home, fresh in our minds - especially that stunning six over extra cover. He was good. Boy he was good. I've been Sagar Chawla, and on behalf of Raju Peethala, Pradeep Krishnamurthy, Abhinand Raghavendran, Nikhil Jadhav and our scorer Siva, it's goodbye and good night!

This is CHN's first one wicket win in T20 League. Previous fewest was by three wickets vs BLR in Ranchi in 2015

Bravo, MoM: It was a great team effort. Want to dedicate this win to CHN fans. They waited so long for this moment. I'm happy to contribute with a match-winning performance. CHN have shown lot of faith in me. Wanted to give myself the best opportunity to start well. Have been working a lot on my batting. Here at Wankhede, once you bat deep, chances are you could win the game. It's a small outfield, ball comes onto the bat. They bowled in my areas. Just happy with the win tonight.

Dhoni, CHN captain: I think they missed the competition (on Wankhede fans cheering CHN). CHN-MUM is one game that people wait to watch. Support has always been there wherever we've played. We're coming back after two years, that's also the reason that people are eager to watch us in action. Overall the spectators have been very good. I'm a practical person, so I was hoping in the dressing room that the quantum of defeat shouldn't be too big. The idea was - if there's a chance to win, go for it, but also try to get closer to the target. The way Bravo batted, it was really good to see him take the responsibility. Don't think we batted well as a team. But it's the first game, so we'll take the positives out of it. Those will be more important for us in the coming games. The kind of players we have got, our selection will be based on horses for courses where we'll see the wicket and then decide. We'll also keep an eye for players who are injury prone. We'll have to keep an eye on lot of things. We have quite a few who can bat and bowl.

Kedar Jadhav: I am happy psychologically, but physically I am hurt. I don't know how long I will be out, maybe two weeks, three weeks or even a month. Fingers crossed, but I would like to appreciate Bravo's knock. Credit goes to him, he brought us back into the game. I knew I couldn't run and I needed to get the runs. I told him (Tahir) that I will try and make the runs myself, play all the six balls and try and stay still. But after three balls, I felt he (Tahir) was feeling itchy. I knew that the bowler would come under pressure, I was waiting for my chance, knew that the bad ball would come, wanted to see how my body was reacting. The deeper I took the game, he (the bowler) comes under more pressure.

Rohit Sharma: Feeling low at the moment, credit to Bravo, he played well, hit the right pockets, there was some dew and that didn't help us, but they played well. We need to improve our death bowling, we were in the game till the 17th over, the last three overs didn't go our way, dew isn't an excuse. We knew with 165 on the board, we needed to bowl very well, but I think we were 10-15 runs short. Bravo bowled very well in the end, we have got a great bunch of guys, we need to look into the positives and learn from it. Just the first game, it isn't the end of the world, we will need to learn from this.

Spare a thought for 20-year old leg-spinner Mayank Markande, who had an exceptional debut, completely deceiving some old-timers like Dhoni and Rayudu. He put Mumbai in a position where it would've been very hard to lose. What did he know what was to follow. One of the very best at the death, Jasprit Bumrah was treated like a rag-doll by Bravo as he carted 20 runs off the penultimate over to set the cat among the pigeons. With 7 needed from the final one, Jadhav almost sealed it with a six over fine leg and then drilled the next ball through the covers to complete the heist. Time for the presentations..

23:48 Local Time, 18:18 GMT, 23:48 IST: Good lord, take your time to catch your breath. That was something else. T20 League XI could not have asked for a better game to kick it off. Look at MS Dhoni though, calmly walking down the stairs even as his teammates are going mad in celebration. This was a chase which even he wouldn't have thought his team would pull off, once they slipped to 84/6. But CHN have announced their T20 League return in style with a stunning come-from-behind win. Kedar Jadhav was the hero in the end, sure, but a lot of credit has to go to Dwayne Bravo who made a sensational 68 off just 30 balls to turn the game around out of nowhere. Wow, what a game.

Mustafizur to Kedar Jadhav, FOUR, he has done it! Make way for the men in yellow, for there are plenty of them who are storming to the middle to jump over Jadhav. Careful of that hamstring though. Oh forget about it, no one cares anymore. Full ball from Mustafizur, drilled through the covers. What a finish. Unbelievable
Mustafizur to Kedar Jadhav, SIX, he's scooped this for six, he's scooped this for six. Kedar Jadhav.... Oh my. Imran Tahir drops his bat and runs across to hug Jadhav. There's another run to go, but he doesn't care. Good length cutter angled across off, Jadhav bends over - bad hamstring and all - and finds the leverage to lift it over short fine leg. Chennai players are clapping violently
Mustafizur to Kedar Jadhav, no run, third dot in a row. Jadhav's probably decided that he can't leave it to Tahir, which is why he isn't taking the single. Or can he run at all with a damaged hamstring? Back of length on off, steered straight to third man
Mustafizur to Kedar Jadhav, no run, back of a length delivery on leg, fine leg was up in the ring but Jadhav paddles this straight to him. What a huge opportunity goes begging
Mustafizur to Kedar Jadhav, no run, slower length ball, Jadhav defends into the on-side

Mustafizur Rahman [3.0-0-29-1] is back into the attack

Jadhav comes back to bat, of course he does.

Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, out Caught by Rohit!! A 20-run over from Bumrah has been redeemed right at the end. Bravo's gone. But has the damage been done? Short ball, Bravo swings hard but slices it up to extra-cover. Seven needed from six. Get ready to lose your mind. Dwayne Bravo c Rohit b Bumrah 68(30) [4s-3 6s-7]

Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, THAT'S OUT!! Caught!!

Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, SIX, Wankhede is coming unglued here. The stadium is rocking for Bravo. Low full toss, he's heaved it over deep mid-wicket, just over the fielder
Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, no run, this is mental, absolutely mental. The ball has actually rolled onto the stumps, but the bails stay unmoved. Brilliant yorker from Bumrah, Bravo digs it out off the toe-end but the ball still goes back towards the stumps. Is this Bravo's night?
Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, 2 runs, big groan from Bravo as he steers it straight to short third man. Should they have gone for the single? Doesn't matter as there has been an overthrow and Bravo will retain strike
Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, SIX, Hardik Pandya slaps the seat in frustration as he sits in the dugout. Another six. This game has come alive out of nowhere. Bumrah goes round the wicket, bowls a full toss on the pads and is whipped over mid-wicket
Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, SIX, this is awesome. This is so awesome. Bumrah - one of best T20 bowlers going around - has been effortlessly creamed into the long-off stands. Fifty off just 25 balls for Bravo. Now this should set the cat among the pigeons

Jasprit Bumrah [3.0-0-17-0] is back into the attack

McClenaghan to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run, chipped back over the bowler's head, probably off a leading edge. It will help Bravo keep strike. What a knock this has been
McClenaghan to Dwayne Bravo, FOUR, bangs it in short seeing Bravo advance, but is still spanked away into the boundary. He's got himself in that kind of zone, where most things are disappearing
McClenaghan to Dwayne Bravo, 2 runs, yorker length delivery on leg, Bravo squeezes it in between two fielders at long-on and deep mid-wicket, rushes back for two

Am I hearing chants of "Bravo, Bravo". Get your act together Wankhede

McClenaghan to Dwayne Bravo, SIX, back-to-back sixes! Sublime wrists from Bravo as he whips it off the pads and sends it sailing into the deep mid-wicket stands
McClenaghan to Dwayne Bravo, SIX, full ball on middle, Bravo gets his front leg out of the way and belts it over long-off. Not a clean contact, but this isn't the biggest ground
McClenaghan to Tahir, 1 run, glided down to third man

Mitchell McClenaghan [3.0-0-24-1] is back into the attack

Hardik Pandya to Dwayne Bravo, no run, finishes off with a brilliant yorker which is jammed back down the pitch. Excellent figures of 3/24
Hardik Pandya to Dwayne Bravo, no run, slippery short of length delivery which hurries onto Bravo's thigh pad. He was too late in trying to clip it away
Hardik Pandya to Tahir, 1 run, nurdles it round the corner for one

Imran Tahir, right handed bat, comes to the crease

Hardik Pandya to Mark Wood, out Caught by Mustafizur!! Oh boy, how lucky is Pandya! Filthy drag-down on leg-stump, but instead of hitting it into Churchgate station, Wood hits it straight down fine leg's throat. Pandya is struggling though as he immediately bends over in evident pain. Absolutely no joy on his face for the wicket. Mark Wood c Mustafizur b Hardik Pandya 1(3)

Hardik Pandya to Mark Wood, THAT'S OUT!! Caught!!

Hardik Pandya to Mark Wood, no run, surprises Wood with a really good short ball. It was only at 126kph, but Pandya got it nice and steep to beat Wood's pull
Hardik Pandya to Mark Wood, wide, this is even wider down leg
Hardik Pandya to Mark Wood, wide, slower ball down leg, Wood fails to tickle it away
Hardik Pandya to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run, miscues this off the top-edge, but it lands safely behind square leg. Smart slower short ball from Pandya, made Bravo wait and then he went too hard

Hardik Pandya [3.0-0-20-2] is back into the attack

Time-out! As long as Bravo is there, this game is still on. It will be difficult, with the required rate almost touching 13, but Mumbai will be on their toes.

Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, 1 run, clipped away through square leg for one, will keep strike
Bumrah to Dwayne Bravo, no run, Bravo restrains himself from banging his bat into the pitch in frustration. He managed to slice this yorker beautifully, but it went straight to backward point
